The 11th Annual Governor’s Small Business Outreach Summit brings together Maryland entrepreneurs, small and minority-owned businesses, business leaders, state government, prime contractors, and community partners for a day focused on connection, opportunity, and growth. Building on the tremendous success of last year’s Summit—which reached capacity—the 2026 event will create even more opportunities for businesses to connect with key decision-makers, discover valuable state resources, build strategic relationships, and position their businesses for growth.
This year’s theme, “Maryland Means Business: Leveraging State Partnerships for Growth — Building Strong Government Relationships,” reflects the Summit’s focus on strengthening connections between Maryland’s business community and state government.
