Press Release and Photo Submittal Guidelines
Photo needs to be a minimum of 600 pixels wide and 72 ppi (pixels per inch) for resolution. Please include photo captions that include first and last names and titles of people appearing in the photo, from left to right.
Press Release requirements include:
- Headline
- Contact
- Text with full sentences (bullet point format will not be accepted)
- Quotes should be dictated between “quotation marks” and referenced
- Events should list date, time, location, website for more information
