SALISBURY, MD—“All My Children Sleep in the Sea,” an exhibit by Rachel Schmidt opens Monday, September 23, at the University Gallery of Salisbury University’s Fulton Hall.
An artist talk is 5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 24, in Fulton Hall Room 111. A reception follows.
Continuing through Saturday, December 7, the exhibit uses time-based media and installation to explore ex-urbanization and its impact on aquatic ecosystems. This transformative experience delves into future landscapes and the roll that myth plays in understanding the environment.
Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Tuesday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday, and noon-4 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Sponsored by SU Art Galleries (SUAG), admission is free and the public is invited.
