Salisbury Area Chamber Annual Banquet Awards
The Officers and Directors of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce cordially invite all to attend the 94th Annual Banquet Ceremony and Installation of Officers and Directors on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Salisbury University Perdue Hall Atrium. Dinner is $65 per person and cocktails are sponsored by PNC Bank. Hors d’oeuvres are at 6pm and dinner is at 7pm. Entertainment is sponsored by Chesapeake Utilities. Dr. Memo Diriker will be announced as the 2014-2015 Chamber President at the banquet. Dr. Diriker is the Founding Director of the Business, Economic, and Community Outreach Network (BEACON). BEACON is the premier business and economic research and consulting unit of the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. As the Director of BEACON, Dr. Diriker advises a large number of private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations. Dr. Diriker has authored a book and many articles in academic and practitioner publications, and is a sought-after public speaker. Dr. Diriker is the recipient of many honors and awards and is active on boards and committees locally and around the state.
SACC will also be announcing the 2014-2015 Executive Committee, Chamber Board members and the Chamber Council at Large.
