On March 25, 2014, the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce held a Lunch & Learn on Common Core Standards and its implementation in Wicomico County. Dr. Margo Handy, Assistant Superintendent for Wicomico County Schools, lead a discussion session after Andrew Todd, Supervisor of Mathematics, and Patty Blevins, Supervisor of English, presented an overview of the Common Core standards and the Maryland’s College and Career Ready Standards for Math and English
