HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF WICOMICO COUNTY COLLECTING DONATIONS FOR HABITAT HOMEOWNER DISPLACED BY HOUSE FIRE.
On December 4, a Habitat for Humanity homeowner and her two children were displaced following a house fire at their home on Dawn Court. Habitat for Humanity is requesting support from the community and asking for donations to help this family. Donations of clothing, shoes, school supplies, or Christmas gifts are being accepted. Additionally, donations of food or gift cards to restaurants are requested to help the family offset the costs of eating out while they are away from their home. Donations can be dropped off at the Habitat ReStore Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 4:30 pm, and on Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. For more information about clothing sizes or toy donations, please contact Tara Kearns, Family Navigator, at 410-546-1551 or support@wicomicohabitat.org.
