Members of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce gathered for a Morning Mingle at Synergy 208, a contemporary co-work office space with desks and private offices available to rent on a monthly basis. Located in the heart of downtown Salisbury, Synergy 208 is an easy walk from government buildings, the Wicomico public library and numerous shops and restaurants.
After being welcomed by Bill Chambers, SACC President/CEO, members heard from Amy Miller who had the vision and design esthetic to remodel the old space into a contemporary, creative place for people to work and share ideas. What once was the home of Hubert R. White Hardware now offers exposed brick walks, skylights, modern furnishings and stunning décor.
SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, Andy Ball explained how tenants can choose from either “floating” desks or private offices for very affordable rates, especially for the location and high-end look. In addition, tenants have access to a conference room, kitchen, common areas and a state-of –the art training room.
