BrightStar Care Welcomes New Managers, Announces New Client Care Coordinator

BrightStar Care, owned and operated by Bob Brueckman, recently welcomed new branch mangers to its Easton and Salisbury locations.

Dawn Harrison, a resident of Oxford, has stepped into the role of manager of the Easton branch, located at 8709 Brooks Drive, Suite A, in Easton. A Salisbury University alumna, Harrison comes to BrightStar Care after nearly 12 years of operational experience as a branch manager with Enterprise Holdings and most recently as admissions director at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation, a position she held for more than four years.

BrightStar Care of Salisbury recently welcomed Roxana Laguerre as its branch manager. A Salisbury resident, Laguerre has an extensive background in health care sales and marketing having worked for Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Lakeside Assisted Living at Mallard Landing in Salisbury and most recently Encompass Home Health. She also spent nearly four years as a senior care advisor for Family Tree Senior Care, Inc., a consulting firm that she owned and operated.

In their positions with BrightStar, Harrison and Laguerre oversee daily operations of the Easton and Salisbury locations respectively, including client care coordination, and the care staff and administrative staff.

Brueckman also announces the recent promotion of William Jones, Jr. of Cambridge to Client Care coordinator for the Easton branch. Jones has been with BrightStar Care since April, 2017 as an administrative assistant. In his role as Client Care coordinator, he works closely with clients and caregivers to meet staffing needs. Jones started his college career at Salisbury University and later transferred to Wilmington University where he studies Human Resource Management. Prior to joining BrightStar, he spent five years as the assistant Aquatics director for the YMCA in Cambridge.
