Salisbury, MD – The Del-Mar-Va Council presents it’s First Annual Halloween Benefit Bash. The event will take place Friday, October 14th from 7pm-11pm. A night of fun filled Halloween festivities at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center. The event will feature a DJ from Steve Moody Productions, Photo Booth, Cash Bar, and candy Buffet. The best part?
