Keynote speaker, Maisie Dunbar is an award-winning beauty business leader with 30 years of industry experience. Her notable multi-businesses include success as a trained and licensed celebrity make-up artist, nail and skincare therapist, massage therapist, owner of her cosmetic brand, as well as an author. Along with her comprehensive capabilities she prioritizes providing women and youth with skillful training to increase their business acumen and sustainability worldwide. Her years of experience have secured her as a renowned beauty advocate and change agent. Maisie will present “Turn Your Passion into Profit, Dream Big!”

Guest Speaker, Jessica Koch has been a National Sales Professional for more than 25 years. She has worked with Fortune 1000 clients like Disney and Verizon. She successfully trained and managed multiple sales teams nationally, who were consistently the top sales producers. She speaks Nationally and has been featured on many podcasts and video Interviews. She will soon be featured in a published book series Titled: Profiles in Success: Inspiration from Executive Leaders in the Washington D.C. Area. Jessica will present “Marketing Systems Automation, Outsourcing to Scale and Reach your Big Dreams.”
