Salisbury, MD – County Executive Julie Giordano is pleased to announce the passage of SB246. This legislation authorizes Wicomico County to create a sanitary district. It will now be placed on the desk of Governor Wes Moore for his consideration.
SB246 provides the necessary regulation for the County’s water and sewer project.
