Administrative & Support Services: Brian Ennis, Information Services
Brian Ennis of Information Services (IS) is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.
Ennis was recognized for going above and beyond for multiple projects and teams in his role as Network Support Specialist. He is quick to lend his expertise and is always willing to help. He often stops what he is doing to help with any issues. He always responds with a friendly smile and never makes people feel like a bother. His professionalism is commendable and his commitment to TidalHealth is amazing. He is an invaluable asset to the organization and is greatly appreciated.
Professional Services: Rachel Anderson, Information Services
Rachel Anderson of Information Services (IS) is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.
Anderson supports multiple projects within her role as EMR Application Analyst. She is attentive to the needs at hand and is always prepared to offer what she can assist with. If she doesn’t know an answer, she always comes back in a timely manner with answers, suggestions and/or options available to proceed with. She has a quiet strength about her that makes her approachable, easy to work with, and able to remain calm and focused during challenging times. Her can-do attitude makes her an asset to her team and the organization.
Nursing Services: Emily Anderson, Surgical Services
Emily Anderson, RN, of Surgical Services is a TidalHealth Peninsula Regional 3rd Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Anderson is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients and colleagues. There are countless occasions where she has filled in for night needs and callouts. She has also taken the initiative to learn charge so she could help her unit, and also learned how to scrub to further support her team. Her surgical consciousness speaks volumes about her dedication, professionalism and advocacy to her patients. She never hesitates to speak up and do the right thing.
Nursing Services: Marcia Johnson, Patient Care Services
Marcia Johnson, RN, of Patient Care Services is a TidalHealth Peninsula Regional 3rd Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Marcia goes above and beyond every day in her role as Infection Preventionist at Alice B. Tawes Nursing & Rehabilitation in Crisfield. The residents and their families love her because she gives exceptional care to all. She is always willing to lend a hand and her hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Often she comes in early to round with the physician, assist with orders/new admission paperwork, start IVs and help with many other tasks on the floor to help the staff nurses — all in addition to her own duties.
