Delmarva-based architectural and engineering firm George, Miles & Buhr, LLC (GMB) congratulates staff member Christopher M. Kalicki, R.A. on recently passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) 5.0 and meeting all requirements to become a Registered Architect (R.A.) in the State of New York. The ARE 5.0 is a rigorous 6-part exam series designed to assess all aspects of architectural practice. Additionally, Kalicki is pursuing certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) to facilitate licensing reciprocity in other states.
Kalicki joined GMB in 2022 and serves as an Assistant Project Manager in our Salisbury, Maryland and Lewes, Delaware offices. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology and has over 10 years of architectural experience in institutional, commercial, municipal, and residential sectors. Kalicki is currently working with Sussex County, Delaware on the design of three new EMS stations, including one in Millsboro that recently started construction. He is also involved in design efforts for a renovation to the Seaford House Therapeutic Residence with Children & Families First of Delaware.
