The CHC Community Health Fair promises a day filled with health screenings, fitness activities, nutritious food, live music, and engaging activities for all ages. This event underscores CHC’s commitment to promoting holistic health and fostering community well-being.

Highlighting Services: CHC offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including adult medicine, pediatrics, mental health, OB/GYN, dental care, and pharmacy services. The Community Health Fair will showcase these services through interactive exhibits and educational sessions aimed at empowering attendees to prioritize their health.
