Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore (BBBSES) is calling on individuals from all walks of life to step up and make a difference in the lives of young people through our impactful mentoring program.
For 40 years, Big Brother Big Sisters has served the Eastern Shore and has been dedicated to changing lives through the power of mentorship. This proven model focuses on matching caring adult volunteer mentors with youth that face adversity, providing them with guidance, support, and opportunities to reach their full potential.
As BBBSES continues the mission to ignite the potential within every child in our community. BBBSES is looking for individuals who are willing to dedicate as few as 3-4 hours a month to make a lasting impact. “By becoming a mentor with BBBSES, you can create positive changes in a young person’s life and contribute to building a brighter future for all,” says Katie Douglas, Project Lead.
“Whether you are a student, professional, retiree, or community member, you have the power to inspire, empower, and uplift a young person through mentorship,” says Jessica Mimms, Executive Director.
