Salisbury, Maryland, October 21, 2024 – Chesapeake Health Care is pleased to announce the addition of Ebony Eddy, MPH, PA-C, to our Adult Medicine practice on Woodbrooke Drive in Salisbury, Maryland. Ms. Eddy brings an impressive background in healthcare, with extensive training and a commitment to providing comprehensive care for patients in our community.
Ms. Eddy holds a Master of Science in Health Science and a Master of Public Health (Maternal and Child Health) from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Miami, where she was honored as a Ronald A. Hammond Scholar in the Foote Fellows Honors Program. She completed her clinical rotations at The George Washington University, including a Family Medicine rotation at Chesapeake Health Care in Pocomoke City, Maryland, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions.

Ms. Eddy will be serving patients at Chesapeake Health Care’s Adult Medicine office, located at 1665 Woodbrooke Drive in Salisbury, Maryland. She will be working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
