Newark/Georgetown, DE—After a multi-year succession plan endeavor ends, Chief Financial Officer Neal Donaldson and Chief Operations Officer Jeromy Newton have acquired Nickle Electrical Companies from Steve and Debbie Dignan as of January 1, 2025. Nickle is a well-respected electrical contractor with more than 30 years of dedicated service in the Tri-State area.

Donaldson will retain the title of CFO and Newton will become President, while Steve and Debbie will continue dedicating their time to Nickle as Senior Advisors.
