SET-UP

You may check in and load-in at the bottom of the plaza (intersection of Main Street and W. Market Street), or from the parking garage direction (intersection of Camden Street and S. Division Street).

There will be volunteers at these two points to answer questions. Please pull your vehicle over as much as possible to unload. This will allow others vehicles to pass. Unload and move your car to a parking lot or the garage before you set-up your area.

We have a lot of vendors and more than one vendor may fit inside a parking space.

All vendors and display materials must be within a parking space and clear of the roadway, sidewalks and bike lanes for safety purposes. Please help us keep our event ADA compliant, and accessible.

PARKING

Once you have finished unloading, please move your car to one of the many parking lots available in Downtown Salisbury. The permit parking lot near the library is free after 4pm Fridays, and the City of Salisbury parking garage offers free parking after 4pm as well.

RESTRICTED AREAS

Please do not set up on sidewalks, bike lanes, fenced areas with patio tables, or on curb bump outs. Please help us keep our event ADA compliant, and accessible 🙂

RESTROOMS

Portable restrooms will be provided near the courthouse.

ELECTRIC AVAILABILITY

Electric is available at the top of every light pole, and on the Plaza at electric stations located at each bump out. Please let a volunteer know if you require electricity, and we will help you access it – please bring your own extension cord. Please do not plug portable heaters into light poles.

INCENSE & SCENTED CANDLES

Please do not burn incense or candles during 3rd Friday – your immediate neighbors might not mind – but we get complaints – many people with asthma & allergies cannot tolerate this. Smokers are asked to move to perimeter of event.
