Chesapeake Health Care announces the appointment of Alona Kuzmenko, CRNP, to its South Division Street office in Salisbury. Ms. Kuzmenko brings a wealth of experience in women’s health, primary care, and home health services, having previously interned with Chesapeake Health Care while completing her advanced nursing education.
Ms. Kuzmenko holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. During her internship at Chesapeake Health Care, she focused on chronic disease management, preventative care, and comprehensive patient wellness in Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, and Pediatric offices.
