Salisbury, MD — The City of Salisbury invites the community to bring in the holiday season at Light Up The Holidays themed 3rd Friday taking place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Downtown Salisbury. This month’s event will feature festive entertainment, seasonal activities, and opportunities to shop local, making it the perfect way to begin the holiday celebrations.
Unity Square will serve as the centerpiece of the evening, with live music by Such Fools from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Families are encouraged to stop by for Photos with Santa, and to gather for the Tree Lighting Ceremony with Snow, scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
On East Main Street, attendees will find a family-friendly activity area featuring a Craft Booth hosted by The Night Watch Child Care and a Santa Paws Photo Booth presented by K9 Heeling, offering a festive photo opportunity for pets and their owners.
The Government Office Building Stage will showcase a full schedule of performances by local groups:

- AMP Winter Ensemble | 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- JDY Dance | 6:45 PM – 7:15 PM
- Salisbury University Chamber Choir | 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM
On North Division Street, guests can enjoy complimentary hot chocolate provided by Canvas Church and participate in cookie decorating activities.
West Main Street Plaza will feature live music by Shredded Cheddar from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., alongside a curated Holiday Marketplace showcasing local vendors and artisans.
Residents and visitors alike are encouraged to attend and experience the warmth and joy of the season in the heart of Downtown Salisbury.
