Salisbury, MD — NAI Coastal has successfully completed a new lease at Salisbury Plaza Shopping Center, representing landlord Gillis Gilkerson in leasing a key space to Cypress Laundry, a full-service laundromat scheduled to open Q1 2026.
The transaction was led by Christian Phillips, listing representative with NAI Coastal. This transaction marks another lease Phillips has completed at the center, highlighting the growing momentum and renewed interest at the shopping center as the new owners continue their redevelopment of the property.
Cypress Laundry’s upcoming location will provide modern, convenient laundry services to the surrounding community while contributing to the continued revitalization of the shopping center.

With the current leasing success, Salisbury Plaza Shopping Center still offers multiple available spaces ranging from 1,177 square feet up to 17,609 square feet. All units will be tailored to specific tenant use with flexible configurations. The property is well-suited for a variety of business types making it an attractive option for both local and regional operators.
