
Salisbury, MD — TidalHealth Peninsula Regional honors the following four team members as 4th Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter:
Administrative & Support Services: Linda Bunting, Purchasing
Linda Bunting is a buyer in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s purchasing department.
Bunting began her TidalHealth career in the emergency department at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, where she worked for nine years before transitioning to the purchasing department, where she has served as a buyer for the past 5 1/2 years. During staffing and scheduling challenges, she consistently steps up to manage her own responsibilities while taking on additional tasks, earning praise from a colleague who described her as a “savior.” An efficient and dedicated team player, Bunting rallies support when coworkers are out and is committed to completing every task to the best of her ability.
Professional Services: Daniel Harris, Information Services
Daniel “Dan” Harris serves as senior system administrator in TidalHealth’s information services (IS) department.
Harris was recognized for his technical expertise and dedication after helping facilitate successful testing of completing BH plan signatures through In PRD on iPads, a solution Epic had not previously been able to provide and one no other hospital has yet achieved. His knowledge, persistence and problem-solving skills were central to the breakthrough, which represents a significant advancement for TidalHealth workflows and the clinicians and patients who rely on them. An irreplaceable team member, Harris consistently demonstrates a commitment to innovation and excellence across the organization.
Nursing Services: Katy Pietroski, Nursing Administration
Katy Pietroski, RN, is a clinical quality specialist in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s nursing administration department.
Pietroski has demonstrated exceptional leadership and professionalism through her instrumental role in implementing the Clinical Excellence Committee and stepping into a leadership role midway through the Glucommander project. She dedicated significant time to thorough chart reviews and advocated for fair, transparent case evaluations, strengthening the committee’s credibility and collaboration across disciplines, while her operational insight helped ensure a successful Glucommander rollout. By adjusting her schedule to support teams on the units, Pietroski consistently exemplifies TidalHealth’s mission through her commitment to patient safety, nursing excellence and continuous improvement.
Nursing Services: Lili Warner, Endoscopy
Lili Warner, RN, is a charge nurse in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s endoscopy department.
Warner is an outstanding charge nurse whose leadership, teamwork and organizational skills ensure smooth daily operations and strong support for patients and staff. She coordinates effectively among gastroenterologists, anesthesia and the nursing team, fostering collaboration that enhances patient outcomes and staff satisfaction, while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach. Known for her approachable demeanor and positive attitude, Warner consistently reflects the highest standards of TidalHealth through her commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
