Dolan Named to Wor-Wic Board

Charles Dolan of Salisbury was recently appointed to the board of trustees of Wor-Wic Community College by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore.
Dolan is the vice president of clinical operations at TidalHealth, the Salisbury-based health system, where he is responsible for system-level direction of ambulatory surgical services, pharmacy, medical imaging and laboratory medicine. He has many years of experience in healthcare leadership and previously served as ambulatory surgical services director and associate vice president of clinical operations at TidalHealth. He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in business administration from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Ala., and a doctorate from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Mo. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and an adjunct associate professor at Wilmington University.
Dolan has more than 30 years of experience as a paramedic and serves as a volunteer paramedic with the Salisbury Fire Department. He is a member of the Salisbury Paramedic Foundation board of directors.
