The Society of St. Andrew Delmarva has presented Adam Lee LLC with its distinguished Feeding Delmarva Award, recognizing the farm’s extraordinary commitment to reducing hunger across the Delmarva Peninsula.
Adam Lee Farms, a fifth‑generation, family‑owned and operated farm on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, exemplifies the power of local agriculture to strengthen communities. In the past year, the Harding Family generously donated 222,616 pounds of nutritious, locally grown produce to the Society of St. Andrew Delmarva. This contribution enabled the organization to distribute fresh fruits and vegetables to 21 area feeding agencies, ensuring families throughout the region had access to healthy food.
The impact of this partnership has been profound. The Harding Family’s generosity directly supported efforts to combat food insecurity and expanded access to fresh produce for thousands of neighbors in need.
Their leadership demonstrates how local growers can play a vital role in building a healthier, more resilient Delmarva.
