Miss Bright Home Care Services Celebrates Community Growth

Chamber members, as well as family and friends, joined Miss Bright Home Care Services on August 6 for a ribbon-cutting celebration that marked both the company’s one-year anniversary at its Salisbury location and its official membership in the SACC.

Attendees were welcomed by owner Stephanie Tantoh, who shared her inspiring journey and vision for the future. Stephanie explained that after completing her nursing residency in 2017 at Johns Hopkins, she recognized a critical need for pediatric skilled home nursing services and that led her to start her career in the home care arena.  After caring for a patient here in Salisbury, she loved the area and she decided to establish Miss Bright Home Care Services, which has now been serving the community for more than 16 months.

Stephanie expressed her gratitude to the company’s partners, supporters, and property owners for helping make the business a success. She also shared that the agency continues to experience significant growth, recently receiving several new patient referrals from Johns Hopkins as awareness of their services continues to expand.

“Our goal is to provide the highest quality care possible,” Stephanie said. “We are committed to sending nurses and caregivers who are dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled. We want families to feel confident that their loved ones are receiving the best care available.”

Today, Miss Bright Home Care Services offers a wide range of services, including skilled nursing care, pediatric nursing, companionship, personal care, home care services, and more.

Looking ahead, Stephanie shared plans to expand the organization’s impact by developing a CNA training program and nursing education opportunities to help train future caregivers and meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.

Guests enjoyed light fare from Roadie Joe’s, along with a delicious homemade buffet. Several lucky attendees also took home exciting door prizes, including a portable carpet cleaner, a vacuum cleaner, and a 5-in-1 countertop oven.
