Salisbury, Md. – September 10, 2026 – Hudson Behavioral Health is proud to announce several staff developments that reflect the organization’s ongoing growth and its commitment to professional excellence and high-quality care for the individuals and families it serves.
Joe Seminara, Assistant Director of Housing, and Matt Ward, Mental Health Therapist, have earned the Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential. Earning this credential requires the completion of a master’s degree in social work, supervised clinical experience, and the successful passage of rigorous state licensing examinations. This achievement represents years of dedication, study, and hands-on service to the community.
Hudson Behavioral Health also welcomes two new team members. Kathy Greeley, CPRS, CSPS, joins as Peer Outreach Specialist, a role focused on fostering relationships between the organization and the community. Acting as a liaison, Greeley will engage with, support and connect individuals to resources and social services. She previously worked at Beebe Healthcare in the same role.
Tammy Brown joins as Lead Case Manager for Maryland Housing, a newly created position designed to assist the Assistant Director of Housing with training and supervising case management staff, while helping clients identify community resources and partnering with those agencies to provide a higher quality of care.
“Joe, Matt, Kathy, and Tammy each bring something remarkable to our team,” said Leslie Brown, CEO of Hudson Behavioral Health. “Earning an advanced credential or stepping into a brand-new role both demand real commitment, and these four have shown exactly that. Their growth reflects who we are as an organization — always learning, always building, and always putting the people we serve first.”
