Ben Alder, Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, MD is pleased to announce two new hires and the formation of Alder Land Group. Bob Rich joins the group as a Land Advisor, and Nick Campanaro will be working with Ben as a Land Analyst.
Bob Rich has a background working for numerous agricultural firms and holds a BS in Agriculture from The University of Delaware. He is a published author and holds memberships with a number of local Farm Bureaus and Associations. Working alongside Ben Alder, Bob will help clients make sound decisions about their land holdings and will be working specifically in counties of the upper Eastern Shore.
Nick Campanaro graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a degree in Economics. His background in economics combined with his analytical skills make him an asset to the Alder Land Group as the Land Analyst.
Ben Alder has been with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate since late 2011. He has a background in land and farm real estate and Biology and Environmental Science. To date, he has closed transactions on over 7600 acres of land in MD and DE, and is currently representing the sale of more than 8500 acres. He has formed the Alder Land Group to better serve agricultural clients on the Delmarva.
