The Salisbury Mentor Circles is hoping to assist professionals across all industries in achieving their potential. Peer mentoring circles allow people at different achievement levels to support and challenge each other while making professional and personal connections. Our goal is to improve morale, confidence, networking, leadership, and career success for our members. Members in each mentor circle will work together to motivate each other toward greater productivity and achievement. Previous circles have helped members work toward promotion, publication, employee accountability, team building, community outreach, and more.
