Atlantic General Hospital and the town of Berlin will be holding a free Community Health Fair in conjunction with the High Heel Race on June 5, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Information Center at 14 S. Main Street, Berlin.
This health fair is open to the public and will provide opportunities for the community to receive free information and screenings including – blood pressure, carotid, bone density, women’s health, diabetes, and more. There will also be integrative health providers available at the Worcester County Youth and Family Counseling Services location at 124 N. Main Street.
