SALISBURY, MD – January 26, 2021 – Apple Discount Drugs, a locally owned pharmacy announces a new service. They will now be offering Rapid Antigen COVID 19 testing daily by appointment only. Those interested in having this testing done should visit www.AppleDrugs.com. A COVID-19 Testing link is listed in red. Follow that link to choose testing appointment slots and to confirm information and consent. This testing is available at the 404 North Fruitland Boulevard location only. The results are available in approximately 30 minutes.
Pharmacist, Geoff Twigg, along with Emily Biskach, PharmD, will all be administering testing which consists of a nasal swab.
Customers are reminded to remain in their vehicles and to phone in upon their arrival and a pharmacist will come to them. The testing fee is $70 at the time of service as Apple Drugs is not able to process insurance for this service at this time. However, some companies may offer reimbursements.
