The buyer – an investor from Brooklyn, NY – secured the property through a 1031 Exchange, stepping into a significant value-add opportunity.
With 37,000 square feet of vacant office space and deferred maintenance, the building needed a fresh approach. Ball continued as the Property Manager and Leasing Agent.
