Salisbury, MD — TidalHealth is pleased to announce that Michael “Mike” Bass, RRT, of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, is its Tree of Life Award recipient for August 2024.
This award honors respiratory therapists who provide outstanding, excellent care to patients, make a special connection, and are engaged with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for their patients.
His nominator wrote the following:
“Mike is one of those co-workers that everyone wants to work with. It does not matter where he is assigned for the day, he jumps in to help his coworkers without being asked. When he is called for help, there is never any hesitation, and he responds right away without question. In tense situations, Mike is the one that makes everyone feel at ease and keeps the stress level down.”
