Brandon brings to the role a strong track record of leadership, technical expertise, and customer focused strategy. Since joining BDK in 2019, he has served as a Project Manager, where he played a pivotal role in deepening relationships with clients, leading technical discussions, and designing and implementing impactful IT solutions tailored to business needs. Throughout his tenure at BDK, Brandon has consistently demonstrated a talent for understanding customer challenges and translating them into effective technology outcomes. He has spearheaded strategic conversations with clients, introduced solutions that improved performance and security, and helped businesses adopt modern IT practices with confidence.
Before joining BDK, Brandon built valuable operational and technical experience at Perdue Farms, where he gained firsthand understanding of process driven environments and large scale organizational needs. This background has allowed him to bring a practical, business minded perspective to his work with BDK’s customers.
In his new role as Technical Account Manager, Brandon will collaborate closely with organizations throughout Salisbury and the broader Delmarva region. His responsibilities will include managing key accounts, advising clients on technology strategy, ensuring delivery of high value IT services, and supporting businesses as they navigate evolving cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure demands.
