Becker Morgan Group Announces New Hires

Becker Morgan Group welcomes three Designers to our Salisbury, MD office to support increased project demands and add to our growing staff of 89. “These new team members bring a fresh enthusiasm for architecture which will help support the firm’s growth as we continue to work to exceed client expectations; we’re excited for their contribution,” said Brad A. Hastings, AIA, LEED AP, Vice President of Becker Morgan Group.

Benjamin P. Dealy, Assoc. AIA, graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Marywood University and is currently supporting the educational design studio on the new Showell Elementary School in Ocean Pines, MD and the new J.M. Tawes Technology & Career Center in Westover, MD. Dealy is excited to get involved in the AIA Chesapeake Bay Chapter and help the Boy Scout troops in the local area as an Eagle Scout.

A Stephen Decatur High School graduate, Brooke A. McGrath, Assoc. AIA was a summer intern over the past 3 years and the firm was eager to bring her onboard fulltime upon graduation with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her previous experience at Becker Morgan Group allowed her to quickly begin working on various projects including the Park Place Hotel in Ocean City, MD and Blenheim/Homewood Suites projects in Philadelphia, PA, White Marsh, MD, and Newark, DE.

A Marywood University Bachelor of Architecture graduate, Dalton A. Deardorff, Assoc. AIA has also been utilizing his skills on the new J.M. Tawes Technology & Career Center in Westover, MD and the new Showell Elementary School in Ocean Pines, MD. Outside the office you can find Deardorff on the golf course as an avid golfer and Junior PGA instructor.
