Rhonda L. Hitchens started her career with Becker Morgan Group in 1999 and has been promoted to Lead Executive Assistant. Over the course of 25 years, Rhonda has played a critical role in supporting the executive leadership team by managing schedules, communications, and high-level administrative tasks. This position ensures seamless coordination between departments, facilitates meetings, and handles confidential matters with discretion. Additionally, Rhonda oversees other administrative staff, streamlining operations and contributing to overall firm efficiency.
Lisa M. Goss has been promoted to Marketing and Business Development Manager. With over 20 years of marketing, business development, recruitment, and event planning experience in the AEC industry, Lisa plays a vital role in driving the firm’s growth and visibility. She oversees all department activities, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality control. Lisa collaborates closely with leadership to pursue strategic partnerships, manage proposal development, and ensure the firm remains competitive within its target markets.
Emily H. Davis has been promoted to Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. Emily joined Becker Morgan Group in 2021 and has 9 years of graphic design and marketing experience. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and will graduate with her Master of Science in Marketing in December 2024. Emily plays a key role in driving business and branding efforts by preparing proposals, designing/executing marketing campaigns, and managing the firm’s social media platforms and website.
