Adrian K. Bradshaw, AIA, earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland College Park in 2015, followed by a Master of Architecture in 2017. Since joining Becker Morgan Group, Adrian has played an integral role in the residential studio, providing design expertise across all phases—from conceptual development through construction. His commitment to thoughtful, client-driven design continues to elevate the firm’s residential portfolio.
Brazos J. Pinto, AIA, brings a strong foundation in sustainable design to Becker Morgan Group. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design with a Minor in Sustainable Architecture and Planning. Prior to joining the firm, Brazos gained valuable design and construction experience with leading firms, contributing to impactful projects across government, commercial, and healthcare practice areas. His dedication to innovative, environmentally responsible solutions enhances every project he undertakes.
Peter R. Regas, ASLA, recently passed the Landscape Architect Registration Examination (LARE), a rigorous four-part assessment required for professional licensure. He will be eligible for licensure in Spring 2027, after completing two years of supervised experience under a licensed landscape architect. Peter earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Delaware and is an active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). With over five years of experience working on commercial and residential projects, Peter brings creativity and technical expertise to every design challenge.
