Hurlock, MD — Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore (BBBSES) set sail Saturday afternoon aboard the Dorothy Megan Riverboat out of Suicide Bridge Restaurant for its annual Big Celebration, honoring mentors, community partners, and leaders who have gone above and beyond to ignite the power and potential of youth across Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

The nautical-themed luncheon opened with welcoming remarks from Board Chair Terri Mueller and an inspirational message from Pastor Jack Diehl, who reminded attendees that serving others is the true compass that keeps communities moving in the right direction.
