Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore (BBBSES) invites the local community to bring their holiday spirit to the green at the 33rd Annual Santa’s Open Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Deck yourself out in your most festive holiday attire – whether it’s a fun sweater, a Santa hat, or something even more creative – for a day of spirited giving!
The festive, holiday-themed golf fundraiser will take place at the picturesque Ocean City Golf Club, featuring play on either the Seaside or Newport Bay Course. Proceeds from the event will directly support BBBSES’s essential programs for children facing adversity across the Eastern Shore region.
“Santa’s Open is more than a festive event, it’s a long-standing tradition that brings the community together and generates essential local funding for children facing adversity,” said Jessica Mimms, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore.
- Giving Back: Golfers are kindly asked to bring an unwrapped toy for a child aged 6-17, which will be distributed to Eastern Shore children facing adversity during the agency’s holiday gathering.
- Festivities: Participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf, breakfast, ‘Santa’s Cheer’ drinks, a reception, golfer gifts, and contests including Closest to the Pin and a Hole-in-One opportunity. Festive attire is encouraged!
