Wor-Wic Community College recently welcomed Dr. Subrata Biswas of Fruitland as assistant professor of biological science.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physiology from the University of Calcutta in India, a master’s degree in environmental science from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and a master’s degree and a doctorate in biomedical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of research and has taught part time at the college level since 2017.
