Cancer: Thriving and Surviving Workshop begins August 23

Program focus is helping cancer survivors live a full and active life

Salisbury, Maryland – Cancer: Thriving and Surviving, a community-based workshop designed to help cancer survivors live a full and active life, will be offered at MAC on Wednesdays, Aug. 23-Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The workshop is suggested for adults who currently have or have had a previous diagnosis of cancer. Topics include dealing with depression, fatigue management, healthy eating, managing pain, fitness during and after treatment, and more.
