Berlin, Md. – The Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) submitted a check to the candidate the association is endorsing in the upcoming Berlin Municipal Election. CAR contributed $1,000 to District 2 Councilmember Zackery Tyndall, who is running for Mayor.
“While we decided to mail the check instead of present it in person due to COVID-19, we hope this contribution will help Zack spread the word about the great work he’d like to do as Mayor of Berlin,” said CAR President Joseph Wilson. “Berlin has been through a lot in the last year, and we believe Zack is the best fit for Mayor at this time and we fully endorse his vision.”
In the race for Mayor, CAR endorses Zackery Tyndall, whose experience on the Two Council the last four years will make him an excellent candidate. Tyndall grew up in Berlin and continues to live in the town. He is plugged into the town’s issues and he is campaigning on three key priorities: making responsible financial decisions; making public safety a priority; and understand our town’s infrastructure. With a background in finance, Tyndall has the knowledge to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
“We were pleased to discuss with Zack his plans for the town. Zack has always been a friend to our industry because he understands that if REALTORS® are successful, the town is successful,” said Cameron Drew, Co-Chair of the CAR Government Affairs and RPAC Committee. “We are at the front lines selling Berlin’s charm to potential new residents, and Zack is helping to secure good management for Berlin to make it easy for us to attract new residents.”
