The Caucus of the African American Leaders of the Eastern Shore (CAAL–ES) is holding its Second Annual Banquet on October 14,2023 from 6:00PM-8:30PM at First Baptist Church Family Life & Cultural Center, located on the corner of 528 Delaware Avenue & Booth Street, Salisbury, MD.
The CAAL–ES is made up of a consortium of Civil Rights/Human Rights Organizations that advocate, educate and agitate for the betterment of the underserved people of the Eastern Shore.
The keynote speaker is The Honorable J. Sandy Bartlett, Delegate. District 32. She is the House Chair for the Joint Committee of Legislative Ethics. She played a pivotal role in laws. regarding sexual assault response, child protection, and crime expungement. She will address the importance of working collaboratively in unity to achieve progress to make a difference,
Our banquet will afford us the opportunity to honor the men and women who tirelessly of their time and resources to make our nation better.
