The CHC Community Health Fair promises a day filled with health screenings, fitness activities, food and ice cream trucks, music, and engaging activities for all ages. We’ll also be providing immunizations like flu shots and assistance in enrolling in health plans like Medicaid. This event underscores CHC’s commitment to promoting holistic health and fostering community well-being.
