CFES announces $5.4 Million in annual grant making

The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore has announced a total of $5.4 million in charitable grants for the 2018 fiscal year. The funds were awarded through more than 1,500 grants supporting various community needs across the Lower Eastern Shore as well as more than 350 scholarships totaling $570,000.

The Community Foundation will celebrate annual grant making achievements at the 2018 Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on November 2nd at the Fountains Wedding and Conference Center in Salisbury, Maryland. The Foundation will report on its philanthropic activities during the past year, and announce winners of the 2018 Community Foundation awards, as well as highlight philanthropic initiatives that serve the Lower Shore.
