The Chamber Energy Purchasing Cooperative and Energy Advisory Service summer renewal member program is underway. Current members with contract renewal dates for the period July through September 2025 are being organized for a group procurement within the month.
Individual emails have been sent to members with current contract renewal dates by the CQI Associates staff. Members should submit an updated Letter of Authorization to Kameron Jones with CQI Associates at kameron@cqiassociates.com. The CQI team has been responsible for your accounts for the past ten years and in many cases since the program started in 2004.
CQI and the Chamber will be hosting an information Zoom meeting to update members on pricing options based on the significant increases in electricity and natural gas rates as of May 2025. Competitive price offers will follow within two weeks of the meeting.
Members with renewal dates starting October 2025 to March 2026 will be the next campaign cycle. Members are encouraged to begin the renewal process now.
Given the instability in the market, both Melissa and Richard, as owners of the CQI Associates, are directly involved in providing senior-level pricing support and expertise during this time.
