Salisbury, Maryland, April 8, 2025 – Chesapeake Health Care is pleased to welcome Brittany Moore, CRNP, to our pediatric team in Salisbury.
Ms. Moore is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive pediatric care for children from birth to 21 years old. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in Addison, IL.
Recently, Ms. Moore completed a rotation at Beacon Pediatrics, where she gained valuable experience in pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
“We are excited to have Brittany join our pediatric team,” said Dr. B. Lee Jennings, Chief Medical Officer. “Her dedication to pediatric health and her clinical expertise will be a great asset to the children and families we serve.” Ms. Moore will be seeing patients at Chesapeake Health Care’s pediatric office located at 223 Phillip Morris Drive in Salisbury, MD.
