Salisbury, MD – Chesapeake Health Care is pleased to welcome Laura Donoway LCSW-C, to our team of dedicated mental health providers at Chesapeake Health Care! Laura is a licensed certified social worker–clinical with over 15 years of experience in substance-use treatment facilities, including a 12-year history as an addiction counselor. Her passion for guiding individuals through recovery and her expertise with co-occurring disorders make her a wonderful addition to our practice.
Laura earned her Associate of Science in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Wor-Wic Community College before going on to complete both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees at Salisbury University. This solid educational foundation has equipped her with the clinical skills and knowledge to support people facing a wide range of mental health and substance-use challenges.
