Chesapeake Health Care is pleased to welcome Emily Hagy, CRNP-PMH as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Emily received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY.
Most recently, Emily was with the University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, Behavioral Health in Easton, MD, where she worked as a Registered Nurse and implemented individualized care plans for adults.

Chesapeake Health Care also welcomes Elizabeth Morton, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Elizabeth graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Nursing with a Post Masters Certificate in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
During her clinical rotations at Saint Louis University, Elizabeth conducted individual and group psychotherapy and medication management. Before joining Chesapeake Health Care she provided comprehensive home health assessments and annual wellness visits as a Family Nurse Practitioner at United Health Group House Calls. She is fully bilingual in Spanish.
