This collaboration is designed to enhance the online experience for consumers by offering easy access to star ratings and valuable insights directly on the TidalHealth website. Ratings MD is known for its reliable and secure platform that offers verified patient feedback.

As part of this partnership, TidalHealth will feature, and update regularly, patient reviews and ratings for its providers, services, and facilities at tidalhealth.org/patient-ratings. Powered by Ratings MD’s advanced technology, the star ratings system allows patients to share their post-visit experiences through a brief survey in MyChart, making it easier for prospective patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
The ratings, by real patients, will be based on key factors including likely to recommend the provider, did the provider spend enough time, did the provider listen carefully, did the provider offer easy to understand directions, did the provider know the patient’s medical history, and the overall rating the patient would give the provider.

Beginning June 30, patients may visit the TidalHealth website to explore ratings and reviews from other patients, which will help them align with the right providers, whether they are looking for a primary care physician, specialist, or a specific medical service. With the ability to view star ratings alongside detailed patient comments, users can feel confident in their healthcare decisions.
