Christy Rose, Commercial Lines Account Manager, in our Salisbury, MD office recently completed the 2018 Liberty Mutual Commercial Lines CSR (Customer Service Representative) Development Program. The Commercial Lines CSR Development Program is a 12-week blended learning class that utilizes live instructor-led webinars, self-study, in-agency activities, and online resources to increase insurance product knowledge and commercial insurance service aptitude.
Christy is an Account Manager in the Commercial Division and specializes in identifying business, strategic, and hazard risk exposures. Before her current position, Christy worked in our personal lines department as an account executive for the last six years.
Christy was born in Washington, DC and raised in Salisbury, MD. She graduated from Wicomico High School in Salisbury. Christy and her husband, Andrew, reside with their two daughters in Hebron.
